Pastor, Amin T. Flowers
With Luke 1:37 (“With God all things are possible”) as his motto, it’s no surprise that Pastor Amin Terrell Flowers has lived his life as a visionary that refuses to be limited by the expectations of man. Equipped with a winning attitude and charismatic personality, he has faced life’s obstacles head on knowing that God is his source and strength.
The only child to the marriage union of Flander and Emma Flowers, Pastor Flowers was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended the Baltimore Catholic School System. Upon graduating from high school, he continued on to Virginia Union University where he majored in Religion and Philosophy with a minor in History. While at Virginia Union, Pastor Flowers was impacted by the strong sense of a religious obligation to give more to God. It was at this time that he accepted his call to ministry. After graduating, he attended The Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union. In 2003, Rev. Flowers received his Masters of Divinity.
He then went on to serve as a Youth Pastor for various ministries before stepping out on faith in 2006 to found LIFE Church Ministries in Baltimore, MD. He is a powerful revivalist, preacher, teacher, and motivational speaker but, most importantly he is a believer. He travels throughout the country empowering, inspiring, and motivating God’s people through His Word.
In 2018, Pastor Flowers was accepted in the Doctoral program at Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Theology with the focus on Organizational Leadership.
Pastor Flowers is the proud husband to the former Adrienne Carey, who is a graduate of University of Maryland Medical School. They have two children, Amin Isaiah Flowers, II and Alexandria Emma Flowers. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Our Associate Pastor
Larvetricus Harris
Pastors Larvetricus, (aka Pastor Vee), serve as Pastoral assistant to Pastor Amin Flowers. Her roles include, but are not limited to; co-leading, assisting, creating, and developing bridges with each leader in carrying out the ministries of the church. While building relationships, she continues to minister to the spiritual needs of people and outreach to assimilate newcomers and guests into the body of Christ. As the Director of Services, Pastor Larvetricus stands in a position to provide spiritual and technical oversight for Sunday morning church services and organizational assistance in all aspects of the worship experience in L.I.F.E. Church Ministries.
Larvetricus is always personally investing in herself in order to challenge others; she has completed certifications as a Crisis Management, Time Management, Coaching, Delegating, Budgeting, Retaining Employees, Leading and Motivating through Harvard Business online training. Pastor Larvetricus is also a published author of, “A Child’s Cry in the Shadow” and a contributing author of “The Mom In Me 2.” She has obtained her Associates Degree in Business
Administration and is a certified Master; REBT Mindset Life Coach.

Pastoral Administrator
Kim Gaither
Kim Gaither serves as the Executive Assistant to Pastor Amin Flowers and performs administrative duties for LIFE Church. She also serves as a Deaconess assisting with serving communion, praying for those in need and visiting the sick and shut in.
Music Director
Myesha Jordan
Myesha is responsible for leading corporate worship through a musical repertoire of traditional hymns, contemporary and alternative songs. She also is responsible for developing instrumental and vocal skills and assisting in community outreach.
Hospitality Director
Emma Flowers
Emma Flowers is not only the mother to Pastor Amin Flowers, she is the “Mother” of LIFE Church. Mother Flowers serves as the Hospitality Director. In this role, Mother Flowers leads intercessory prayer, organizes the activities for the Gatekeepers ministry and is active in all aspects of ministry.
Food Pantry Director
Regina Brantley
Regina Brantley serves as the director of the food pantry ministry for LIFE Church ministries. Regina, along with her team, work hand in hand with the Maryland Food Bank to serve the Brooklyn community and the surrounding area. This includes, but not limited to, weekly distribution, homeless outreach, street ministry, backpack program and clothing distribution.
Men's Group Leader
Gary Williams
Gary Williams serves as a Deacon for LIFE Church Ministries. In this role, Deacon Gary assists with serving communion, praying for those in need and visiting the sick and shut in. Deacon Gary also leads the LIFE Church’s men’s group. The aim is to cause men to come out the comfort of their man cave and become involved in a community of Godly men.
Women's Ministry Director
LaRay Williams
LaRay Williams serves as the Director of the Women’s Ministry. In this capacity, Laray leads the women's ministry by teaching, facilitating, encouraging and partnering with the Women of LIFE church. We meet monthly to study and fellowship to equip each other with resources to passionately pursue God.

Our History
L.I.F.E. Church Ministries
LIFE (Living In Future Expectation) Church Ministries was established in April 2006 under the leadership of Pastor Amin Flowers. His vision of reaching the unused, the unsaved and the unchurched was established in the Brooklyn, MD community. LIFE Church Ministries started its weekly worship services and bible study at the William J. Meyers Soccer Pavilion at 4300 West Bay Ave, Baltimore, MD. This space provided for the creation of many memories including fellowship in the form of church celebrations, cookouts, and softball games but, it was not long before God planted the seed for a desire for something more.
Throughout the beginning years and other transitional locations within the Brooklyn community, LIFE Church Ministries was called to take root within this area. In April 2011, with great faith and prayer; LIFE Church Ministries took ownership of 3820 S. Hanover Street, Brooklyn, MD. God allowed a body of believers to possess the land and to pilot Godly change within the community.
Today, LIFE Church Ministries continues to believe that an abundance is in store for the ministry. LIFE Church Ministries is a cornerstone in the heart of Brooklyn and it strives to continue to strengthen and empower God’s people with the application of the Word of Christ.
